Narrative:

Our scheduled air carrier flight was clrd for takeoff on runway 9L kpbi. At approximately 100-110 KTS an small aircraft entered our path on taxiway F from northwest to southeast crossing our takeoff runway. I rejected the takeoff to avoid a certain collision with the small aircraft aircraft. There was no damage or personal injury but a delay was incurred due to brake cooling requirements of our medium large transport. Adherence to ATC instructions by the small aircraft was all that would have been required to have prevented this incident. He had apparently been instructed to hold short of our runway.
