Narrative:

I was established on the VOR runway 23 approach into chillicothe/ross county airport (rzt) when I saw what I thought was the runway for rzt. After a rapid descent I landed on the runway where the markings where somewhat worn off. After I taxied to the FBO I realized that it was pickaway county memorial airport (cyo) instead of rzt. I tried cancelling with columbus departure over the radio but was unable. I finally relayed with an aircraft over head to columbus departure that I was safely on the ground. At that time the man at the FBO came to tell me that columbus departure was on the phone. They just wanted to confirm with me that I was on the ground safely. The gentleman at the FBO informed me that this was not the first time it has happened and that a cessna citation had done the same thing. The naco approach plate has a small arrow pointing to cyo and looking very closely it has the runway drawn almost identical to the line drawn for the approach course; and is very hard to see. I believe it would be beneficial to have a note printed somewhere to advise pilots not to confuse cyo with rzt besides the small indication arrow.

Title: A corporate aircraft on a VOR Runway 23 approach to RZT in IMC landed at CYO. The reporter stated the chart could have been more helpful and according to FBO personnel this airport confusion has happened in the past.
