Narrative:
Ingested bird in #2 engine at rotation. Vibration started immediately. Cause was unknown at the time because we didn't see the bird. #2 engine vibration was 3.5 with noticeable vibration and sound. Declared an emergency and returned to field. Ran QRH pulled engine back till vibration stopped. Landed flaps 15 with #2 at idle. Normal landing and roll out.

Title: B737 First Officer reported bird strike in right engine causing vibration. An emergency was declared and flight returned for landing with the engine at idle.
