Narrative:

While arriving on the SHIFTY1 arrival to rsw; we flew the published 220 heading off meomo rather than the NOTAM'ed procedure which is from meomo direct lbv then 190 heading. Center advised us of the NOTAM and assigned us 190 heading. We debriefed and realized we had omitted the NOTAM. (It was in the weather pack) from our arrival brief. It was not picked up on the ATIS (non-digital ATIS) and hard to hear. Lesson learned: don't rely on the ATIS for NOTAMS. Read the weather pack.
