Narrative:
On climb out we lost #1 CSD and generator due to an overheat condition. The CSD was disconnected and the checklist completed. Shortly thereafter the APU shutdown automatically due to an overspeed. Per the checklist we diverted and landed safely. Captain notified dispatch and maintenance of our overweight condition and elected to land aircraft overweight.

Title: B737 flight crew suffered the loss of the left and APU generators and diverted to the nearest suitable airport.
Narrative: On climb out we lost #1 CSD and generator due to an overheat condition. The CSD was disconnected and the checklist completed.
