Narrative:
Failed to make log entry to require 60 minutes overland non-ETOPS verification flight leg before releasing the B777 aircraft to ETOPS operations; due to completion of job cards for left hand engine idg oil change; left hand engine scavenging oil filter replacement and right hand engine starter oil change. How did I become aware of this? Realized situation after seeing another aircraft with similar engine cards assigned. The aircraft has completed a successful ETOPS flight. On a personal note I have stamped 'non-ETOPS' on the aircraft maintenance call-out sheet and my list of aircraft for the night; as a reminder to prevent this from happening again in the future. At the time of this event I was inundated with excessive paperwork while trying to close-out (release) several logbooks.

Title: A Lead Mechanic reports he failed to make a Logbook entry requiring a 60 minute 'non-ETOPS' verification flight for a B777 that he Released for Service after an 'A'-Check. Similar Job Cards had been accomplished on both engines; considered as Dual Maintenance; requiring a verification flight.
