Narrative:
During flap retraction on initial climb; flaps stopped between position 1 and up. Le flap disagree light and associated EICAS message illuminated. Performed irregular procedure and retracted flaps electrically using alternate procedure. Continued to destination. Because of our higher landing speed with flaps 20; we had dispatch coordinate the use of the longest runway for landing at ZZZ. Extended flaps electrically per irregular procedure to position 20 and landed uneventfully.
