Narrative:
I was notified that the pilot oxygen was not fully on. The aircraft went through three flight crews before being found. I believe a flight crew found the problem. I think the event occurred because we felt rushed. The co-pilot and I both checked our mask and oxygen flow seem to be fine; but I did not check the oxygen gauge to see if the needle dropped. Once identified the valve was found to be only partly open. Maintenance opened the valve fully and corrected the problem. Slow down during preflight duties. Don't let time constraints interfere with safety. Safety always comes first.

Title: A B737-800 crew reported a series of flights were completed with the flight crew oxygen bottle only partially opened. Hurried preflight duties were cited as a contributing factor.
