Narrative:
We were on a flight to las. Encountered severe convective activity and windshear while on approach to runway 25 las. We were discussing said shear and initiating corrective action on short final and neglected to notice approach control had failed to change us to tower. Realized this when time to switch to ground. Verbally contacted and apologized to tower controllers. Excessively focused on shear. No windshear alert from glass cockpit EFIS system on medium large transport even though severe shear present. Supplemental information from acn 84946: we were tired. We got complacent on this very routine landing.
