Narrative:

En route from rio grande valley to dallas at 7500' when 2 MTR's information came towards me from 10-11 O'clock and a little high. I dove to avoid them. I believe they never saw me. They made a large 360 degree turn while I continued on course and recovered to 7500'. I watched them continue their turn. When they were 1/2 mi off and coming back towards me again, I turned the wing (60 degree) bank so they might see me. They continued directly for me again, so I dove again. That was twice I took evasive action and I believe each time we would have hit and each time they did not even see me. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following: estimated miss distance was 100' vertical and 0' horizontal. Pilot licenses: held commercial, instrument and CFI. No FAA near midair collision filed.
