Narrative:
We departed anc on flight at XX22Z and started our climb to FL410. Autoplt and autothrottle were used. Just when reaching FL410 and autothrottle start to retard, #2 engine flamed out. We requested an immediate descent to FL330 from anc center and received it shortly after. The copilot declared an emergency due to our weight and altitude, to expedite our descent, but the emergency was rescinded after we received FL330 from center. A normal shut down and restart procedure was accomplished and flight continued on to destination.
