Narrative:
Waiting for takeoff; holding short of runway 17R cos. Windshear alerts reported off and on. Winds were highly variable in direction and speed. Waited approximately 30 minutes for favorable conditions. Once conditions were favorable for safety/legality; attempted takeoff but discontinued at 110 KTS due to significant airspeed hesitation. No windshear alerts were being issued at the time of takeoff. Applied brakes at approximately 120 KTS. V1 was 148.

Title: A Medium Transport reports waiting 30 minutes before attempting takeoff from Runway 17R at COS due to windshear alerts. Takeoff is rejected at 110 knots when a airspeed hesitation is encountered.
