Narrative:
I was working r4r6 and with the new airspace that was taken away from ZNY. The D side was getting a route mixed up so I talked to ZNY for him about an aircraft going to their airspace. R2 controller was also talking to pilots about erroneous routes that they had but were not in their flight plans. Then the frequency went out and lost more than half of my aircraft with only having a couple aircraft on frequency.
