Narrative:
We had just started both engines and were in line number two for takeoff. After being in line for about 2-4 minutes; the right engine rolled back and appeared to flame out. Afterwards; N2 indicated about 11%; N1 indication blanked; egt crept up slowly and the captain secured the engine at about 530 degrees egt. I don't recall what the fuel flow was before securing the engine. No limits were exceeded. We notified maintenance and taxied back to the gate. Maintenance met the aircraft and proceeded to troubleshoot. We then left that aircraft to walk to our replacement aircraft for an uneventful flight.

Title: While waiting for takeoff; B757 First Officer reports right engine roll back and apparent flame out. Captain secures engine as EGT is noted rising and returns to gate for maintenance.
