Narrative:

Takeoff performance planned our flight with 10;126 pounds of cargo weight. Close out showed 6;045 pounds of cargo. These adjustments made the flight legal for departure. Airplane flew off the runway and climbed as if it were at a higher weight. Stabilizer trim for takeoff was off; very nose heavy. Fuel burn was higher for the less than 1 hour flight. Upon landing I personally went down to the ramp and looked inside both cargo doors to see how much cargo was on board. Forward cargo was entirely full with passengers luggage. Aft cargo was full from the loading door forward. I preceded to operations and met a station representative. I questioned him about the cargo load from our departure airport and he provided me a document from load planning. There seems to be discrepancy on the cargo load.
