Narrative:
After pushback and during initial taxi; got an ECAM 'green sys low qty.' followed ECAM; then got an ECAM 'green sys low press;' followed ECAM; then lost nosewheel steering as a result of following ECAM. Stopped airplane and had maintenance connect tug to pull up to a gate. Operations then gave us another plane for departure.

Title: A Captain reports that after pushback and during initial taxi they received an ECAM 'Green Sys Low QTY;' followed the ECAM procedure; then got an ECAM 'Green SYS Low Press;' followed ECAM procedure; then a loss of nosewheel steering. The A320 aircraft had to be towed back to gate.
