Narrative:
At 160 miles to our destination at FL380 we had an ECAM message 'green hydraulic res low pressure.' we followed the ECAM procedure along with the 'manual gear extension' checklist in our flight manual. We declared an emergency and landed at our destination uneventfully. We then waited for approximately an hour and a half for the gear to be pinned by maintenance. We were then towed to the gate and deplaned.
