I have reported this before in the last year. Now I have found a B757-200 in hangar for a C-5; 'C' check with lube sleeve fitting installed backwards on flap track #7; at the aft fairing pivot point.

Title: A Mechanic reported he continues to find Lube Sleeve fittings (bushings) installed backwards on B757-200 aft fairing pivot point of the trailing edge Flaps . The most recent incorrect installation was at the #7 Flap track position.
Narrative: I have reported this before in the last year. Now I have found a B757-200 in Hangar for a C-5; 'C' Check with Lube Sleeve fitting installed backwards on Flap Track #7; at the Aft fairing pivot point.
