Narrative:
Rejected takeoff at 103 KTS due to captain losing flight instruments which remained frozen at rejection until engines shutdown at gate. There were no injuries. Plenty of runway left; approximately 6;000 ft. Performed checklist; ran the numbers; returned to gate; changed aircraft and proceeded to our destination.
