Narrative:
We were dispatched [on a domestic flight] with an international B767. Enroute we found that the onboard flight publications did not include stars or sids for our destination; because it was an international aircraft. The approach plates were included. A FSDO inspector was observing the flight and made note of the incident.

Title: When an internationally equipped B767-300 was substituted for the planned domestically equipped B757 the flight crew discovered the onboard chart package did not include SIDs and STARs for their domestic destination.
Narrative: We were dispatched [on a domestic flight] with an international B767. Enroute we found that the onboard flight publications did not include STARs or SIDs for our destination; because it was an international aircraft. The approach plates were included. A FSDO inspector was observing the flight and made note of the incident.
