Narrative:
We have been receiving numerous requests for RNAV approaches at phx. Aircraft on the maier RNAV arrival request the approach; a clearance to proceed to the if/IAF fits closely with the SOP requirement to vector to the base leg. However; etviw is barely pronounceable and is not depicted on any radar video maps. Recommendation: add video maps depicting the RNAV way-points for all RNAV approaches at phx. Update the SOP/tower LOA/ ace-ids.
