Narrative:
After continuous checks with anc center during flight following with radar. Aircraft was found to have faulty HSI's on both captain and first officer sides. Numerous write ups had been made and components changed. Pilot input forms have been sent to chief pilots office. Colocated NDB at sparrevohn was out of service.

Title: DUAL HSI PROBLEMS DISCOVERED ON MLG DURING CRUISE.
Narrative: AFTER CONTINUOUS CHECKS WITH ANC CENTER DURING FLT FOLLOWING WITH RADAR. ACFT WAS FOUND TO HAVE FAULTY HSI'S ON BOTH CAPT AND F/O SIDES. NUMEROUS WRITE UPS HAD BEEN MADE AND COMPONENTS CHANGED. PLT INPUT FORMS HAVE BEEN SENT TO CHIEF PLTS OFFICE. COLOCATED NDB AT SPARREVOHN WAS OUT OF SERVICE.
