Mdsd advised me on D2 that he was trying to contact me because an air carrier was deviating. He gave me a point out on the aircraft but the aircraft was already entering my airspace climbing. I approved the point out. I suggest that a shout line be added between ZSU and mdsd. This would help us greatly. It would save everybody from having deviations.

Title: ZSU controller described an airspace incursion event involving an air carrier deviating around weather; the reporter claiming a shout line between ZSU and MDSD is needed to prevent like events.
Narrative: MDSD advised me on D2 that he was trying to contact me because an air carrier was deviating.
