Narrative:
[On] taxi out a catering truck was traveling at a high rate of speed. [I] did not think he would stop creating impending crash. [I] yelled stop. [The] captain immediately applied brakes. At the same time the truck saw us and applied his brakes. It backed up so we could clear. [We] reported truck number to ramp control [and] called in back to find out if anyone [was] hurt. A flight attendant said she fell and hurt her back but felt she was ok to continue.

Title: An A320 Crew taxiing at ORD reported having to abruptly stop in order to avoid a high speed catering truck which also had to take evasive action. A Flight Attendant hurt her back during the stop.
