Narrative:
After departure I realized that I forgot to pen and ink a deferral on the release that was not listed on the release. Pack 2 was deferred and not on the release. Realized this constrained the flight as per the MEL directive on altitude restriction. The rest of the flight was uneventful. Had a wheels up time and was in the process of boarding.

Title: An EMB145 was operated at FL370 in non compliance with the MEL requiring a lower altitude due to pack deferral.
Narrative: After departure I realized that I forgot to pen and ink a deferral on the release that was not listed on the release. Pack 2 was deferred and not on the release. Realized this constrained the flight as per the MEL directive on altitude restriction. The rest of the flight was uneventful. Had a wheels up time and was in the process of boarding.
