Narrative:
We had just started the takeoff roll when we had 3 intermittent forward cargo door ECAM warnings. Aborted below 70 KTS and rolled to the highspeed exit. Pilot not flying notified ATC of the abort and that we didn't need any assistance at this time. I cleared the runway and continued to taxi and the first officer advised the flight attendants to remain seated. At the gate maintenance was able to defer the door warning on the ECAM per the MEL and confirmed the cargo door was secured.
