Narrative:
Descending through 3000' on visual approach to runway 29 at oak, bay approach advised us of traffic too late to maneuver or take evasive action. A twin engine small transport (white) passed below us less than 200' while flying from west to east across our approach path. We were executing a visual approach with ILS backup. Location approximately 1 mi south of hwd. FAA watch supervisor contacted and advised of same.

Narrative: DSNDING THROUGH 3000' ON VISUAL APCH TO RWY 29 AT OAK, BAY APCH ADVISED US OF TFC TOO LATE TO MANEUVER OR TAKE EVASIVE ACTION. A TWIN ENG SMT (WHITE) PASSED BELOW US LESS THAN 200' WHILE FLYING FROM W TO E ACROSS OUR APCH PATH. WE WERE EXECUTING A VISUAL APCH WITH ILS BACKUP. LOCATION APPROX 1 MI S OF HWD. FAA WATCH SUPVR CONTACTED AND ADVISED OF SAME.
