July, 1988 flight from mia to phl had a near miss with 2 air force fgts. We were level 15000' 2-4 DME south of sie VORTAC. When we saw them 400' in front of us, crossing from right to left. The evasive maneuver was to remain level. We were slightly higher. We saw them do nothing to avoid us. Supplemental information from acn 91678. No evasive action was taken or needed.
