Narrative:
On vectors for landing the captain asked for flaps one. I moved the flap handle to one and a caution alert sounded with an EICAS message of te flap disagree. Notified approach that we wanted the long runway and we were declaring an emergency. They vectored us to 33L. Performed the procedure and was able to get twenty flaps on alternate. Landed without incident.

Title: A B757-200 Flight Crew declared and emergency and landed with twenty flaps after receiving a TE FLAP DISAGREE EICAS message.
Narrative: On vectors for landing the Captain asked for flaps one. I moved the flap handle to one and a caution alert sounded with an EICAS message of TE FLAP DISAGREE.
