Narrative:
Upon approach into sps; ATC asked us if we had the 7 notams pertaining to sps. We advised ATC that we were aware of them. The notams were 1) runway 15R/33L closed. 2) approach and landing navigation runway 15C ILS gp OTS. 3) taxiway F closed w runway 15R/33L. 4) taxiway F east mandatory sign west incor legend runway 33L/15R. 5) osplc approach control closed. 6) ostlc tower closed. 7) obst tower 1224 (199 AGL) 2.08 wnw lights OTS ASR. After talking with ATC I checked the ATIS and confirmed the closure of 15R/33L along with taxiway F. It was then that the captain and I decided to land on runway 17. Upon landing and taxing off; we noticed that taxiway C; which leads to the gate was blocked. Finally when we parked at the gate; the captain confirmed with the ground crew that runway 17 was closed. The event occurred because the information we were provided was inaccurate. The closure of runway 17 was not listed on the ATIS nor was it listed in the NOTAM's. In addition the closure of taxiway C was not in the NOTAM's or ATIS either. Finally; the runway had faded markings; with no X's. There was no X signifying a runway closure. Please supply the pilots with accurate information. Not telling a flight crew that a runway is closed is unsafe. Please mark the runways appropriately. If it's closed; put an X on it. Finally; list it in the NOTAM's and ATIS.
