Narrative:
On the chins 6 arrival; cleared to hold as published. Flight attendant called with write ups and to report a child with a severe nose bleed. Holding at FL200 we were cleared to 17;000. Around the same time we were cleared out of the hold; just north of raddy right turn direct raddy then via remainder of the chinns 6; maintain 12;000 but slow to 250 KTS. In a right descending turn as we approached 15;000 and just prior to raddy; ATC called to confirm our altitude. He then re-cleared us to descend to and maintain 12;000. Then he let us know that he had wanted us to comply with the restrictions. The flight was completed without further events.

Around the same time we were cleared out of the hold; just north of RADDY right turn direct RADDY then via remainder of the CHINNS 6; MAINTAIN 12;000 but slow to 250 KTS.
