Narrative:
*After extensive delay to get maintenance to repair an MEL item air carrier widebody transport made a takeoff with 77 more passenger than shown on the weight manifest. Error was not discovered until late in the flight when cabin attendant complained about being short of meals. Indicated fuel load was also found to be greater than manifested and this was not discovered until after landing.

Title: ACR WDB MADE A TKOF FROM MIA WITH INCORRECT PASSENGER COUNT GROSS WEIGHT CENTER OF GRAVITY INDICATION.
Narrative: *AFTER EXTENSIVE DELAY TO GET MAINT TO REPAIR AN MEL ITEM ACR WDB MADE A TKOF WITH 77 MORE PAX THAN SHOWN ON THE WT MANIFEST. ERROR WAS NOT DISCOVERED UNTIL LATE IN THE FLT WHEN CABIN ATTENDANT COMPLAINED ABOUT BEING SHORT OF MEALS. INDICATED FUEL LOAD WAS ALSO FOUND TO BE GREATER THAN MANIFESTED AND THIS WAS NOT DISCOVERED UNTIL AFTER LNDG.
