Narrative:
Departed dmn VFR to sat. Upon reaching hup VORTAC we requested updated WX from abq center. We were told a solid line of thunderstorms developed. Abq center suggested a route along the texas-mexico border. From hup VORTAC we turned south. Upon reaching our suggested route, unforecasted WX caused us to deviate further south crossing the ADIZ. Upon landing in alpine, tx (E38), we noticed a customs surveillance aircraft. When we departed E38 to sat, we were followed by customs. Upon landing in sat, the plane was searched. Everything was found to be in order.
