Narrative:
A fuel truck cut in front of our aircraft while taxiing on juliet. Truck driver did not look and we had to nearly stop to avoid an incident. A van; with the fuel company logo on the side; also almost cut us off but saw us at the last second and stopped. This is becoming a regular occurrence.
