Narrative:
Holding short of runway 12L at hobby. Tower cleared us for takeoff on runway 12R. Taxied initially onto runway 17R for line up. Tower advised, taxied to runway 12R. Takeoff and rest of flight normal. Hobby has a very confusing set of runway and taxiway markings. The red line leading to 17R should be marked as 17R lead-in line.

HOBBY HAS A VERY CONFUSING SET OF RWY AND TXWY MARKINGS. THE RED LINE LEADING TO 17R SHOULD BE MARKED AS 17R LEAD-IN LINE.
