When I arrived up [at gate]; three air carrier X ZZZ maintenance technicians in the 1-Left doorway (B767-300ER aircraft) speaking to the captain. Following mels (deferred) in maintenance logbook: chapter 78-1; left thrust rev inop (inoperative). Chapter 29-2; center system electric pumps (# 2). Chapter 36-2; engine hi stage bleed valves/high pressure shutoff valve systems.
