Narrative:
Our flight was cleared for approach following an small aircraft Z on short final. The tower informed us that an small aircraft Y was inbound. Subsequent radio transmissions indicated that the aircraft had us in sight. We turned final and at 2 mi the tower again informed both aircraft of each others position. At approximately 1 mi and 1000' AGL I saw the small aircraft Y converging from my right and above at a distance of 100' or less. I then initiated evasive action by rapidly descending the aircraft and then completed the landing west/O further incident.

Title: LTT AND SMA HAVE NMAC ON APCH TO YKM.
Narrative: OUR FLT WAS CLRED FOR APCH FOLLOWING AN SMA Z ON SHORT FINAL. THE TWR INFORMED US THAT AN SMA Y WAS INBND. SUBSEQUENT RADIO TRANSMISSIONS INDICATED THAT THE ACFT HAD US IN SIGHT. WE TURNED FINAL AND AT 2 MI THE TWR AGAIN INFORMED BOTH ACFT OF EACH OTHERS POS. AT APPROX 1 MI AND 1000' AGL I SAW THE SMA Y CONVERGING FROM MY R AND ABOVE AT A DISTANCE OF 100' OR LESS. I THEN INITIATED EVASIVE ACTION BY RAPIDLY DSNDING THE ACFT AND THEN COMPLETED THE LNDG W/O FURTHER INCIDENT.
