Narrative:
Departed ontario airport runway 26R on SID (prado one departure) cleared to 14000' to cross arnee below 9000'. Turned east on sli 080 degree. At approximately 40-45 mi aircraft spotted about 11 O'clock high, climbing nose high (looked like twin small transport). Alerted captain who immediately turned right and slowed climb. Called lax center on 125.85 reported sighting and our intentions. Passed aircraft as described and then returned to course and climb. Controller had no knowledge (related to us) of presence of unidentified aircraft. Twin small transport was very nose high and do not think he saw us.
