Narrative:

Leaving lancaster airport (lns) approximately 10 miles east at 2;500 ft; I noted I was approaching and overtaking from the left a C-152 in the same direction of flight. The C-152 appeared to be coming left as well. I did evasive action taking a 90 degree turn off flight path; achieving separation of approximately several hundred feet horizontally and 100 ft vertically. [We were] never at real danger of collision but close. There were no injuries; no collision. Conditions were VFR though foggy.
