Narrative:
While arriving cmx from the southwest on a visual approach, we passed an small aircraft approximately 15 mi from cmx, also inbound to cmx. We conversed with the small aircraft pilot on CTAF re: our mutual intentions. We both made left traffic to runway 13, the wind favored runway. On landing, I used all but the last 500' of the runway. Upon executing a 180 degree turn to back taxi to the closest taxiway, I found the small aircraft on short final (approximately 1/2 mi) to runway 13. I made 2 blind calls on CTAF stating that we could not clear the runway prior to his arrival. He landed anyway. He cleared the runway at the first taxiway, approximately 2000' ahead of us, while I taxied to the extreme west edge of the runway to give him as much room as possible should his rollout reach our position. I conversed with the small aircraft pilot on the ramp. He claimed short final was committment to land, no go around possible.
