Narrative:
Cabin lost pressurization at FL330. Declared emergency with center; performed emergency descent and followed appropriate QRH procedures. The captain and I performed our respective seat specific tasks. Maintenance determined the outflow valve was faulty and the cockpit indication of the outflow valve position was not correct.

Title: A B737-300 flight crew conducted an emergency descent following the loss of pressurization at FL330.
Narrative: Cabin lost pressurization at FL330. Declared emergency with Center; performed emergency descent and followed appropriate QRH procedures.
