Narrative:
In cruise at FL340; a bubble or delamination on center windscreen started to expand; and then developed into a bubbling crack on windscreen. Got out QRH and went through emergency procedures for cracked windscreen. Windscreen then cracked again in another place. Declared an emergency with ATC and descended to 10;000 ft to reduce cabin pressurization differential. Center or structural member of windscreen seemed to be holding and crack appeared to be on outside window pane. Proceeded to our destination and landed without incident.
