Narrative:
WX approximately 300' broken 1-2 mi visibility. Glide path OTS. PAR approach with runway in sight at approximately 300' when approach controller reported us 'over threshold on glide path.' we were closer to the T/D zone. This should have posed no problem. However, on T/D, braking action was nil (probably due to hydroplane action). Landing roll exceeded available runway by approximately 300-400' and stopped in overrun area. No damage to airport or aircraft as overrun area was surfaced and stressed for large aircraft. Crew was not advised of any standing water problems for runway. Aircraft taxied to ramp normally.

Title: SUP ACR WDB EXCURSION AFTER LNDG.
Narrative: WX APPROX 300' BROKEN 1-2 MI VIS. GLIDE PATH OTS. PAR APCH WITH RWY IN SIGHT AT APPROX 300' WHEN APCH CTLR RPTED US 'OVER THRESHOLD ON GLIDE PATH.' WE WERE CLOSER TO THE T/D ZONE. THIS SHOULD HAVE POSED NO PROB. HOWEVER, ON T/D, BRAKING ACTION WAS NIL (PROBABLY DUE TO HYDROPLANE ACTION). LNDG ROLL EXCEEDED AVAILABLE RWY BY APPROX 300-400' AND STOPPED IN OVERRUN AREA. NO DAMAGE TO ARPT OR ACFT AS OVERRUN AREA WAS SURFACED AND STRESSED FOR LARGE ACFT. CREW WAS NOT ADVISED OF ANY STANDING WATER PROBS FOR RWY. ACFT TAXIED TO RAMP NORMALLY.
