Narrative:

I was landing at our main operational base; grass runway (wet). I took this decision for my safety and as a pilot in command due to the deteriorating meteorological conditions enroute to my two alternate airports. It was raining and I experienced a windshear encounter on short final approach causing a ground loop to the left side of the runway after landing causing structural damage to the aircraft.
