Narrative:
After starting the APU; I noticed a dirty sock smell coming from the vents. Having smelled this before I disregarded it at first. We decided to start both engines during push to shut down the APU bleed. After a few minutes of taxiing; the smell continued and I noticed a dull headache; nausea; and burning; itchy eyes. I mentioned this to the captain and she commented that she had a headache. We contacted dispatch and maintenance control and we all agreed to return to the gate. The flight was canceled and medical services were notified. They came to the hotel to evaluate those involved.
