Narrative:
The required phase training did not support my non-pc home computer system. I had to purchase a small pc to try to complete the training. The up to date software installed on the new computer did not support the training software and I had to search and download an older version to get the program to work. This action made some of the current software not work. I then completed only a portion of the required training. When I tried to resume the course it showed me as 'completed'. I did not complete the course! This training is substandard because of: hardware and software requirements; lack of a person to talk to with any questions that I may have; no hands on materials to reference; and the company shows it as completed without me doing so.
