Narrative:
When I started the computer based integration training the computer locked up twice. The computer tech forwarded me through the training and actually took the test for me at the end. I made a phone call to flight operations and was not given directions on how to go back and do the training myself; but it was signed off. I was unable to verify that the training was complete and got verification from the office that it was.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: A pilot for an air carrier undergoing a merger reported the computer based training intended to integrate SOPs was dysfunctional and that IT personnel were willing to sign it off for pilots whether they actually completed the training or not.
