Narrative:
This report is to notify you of a potential hazard at clt. High speed taxiway E-5 is notamed closed and barricaded but the taxiway centerline lead-off lights on 18C to E-5 are still illuminated at night. This could lead a pilot to attempt to exit and not realize E-5 was closed until committed. Clt needs to deactivate taxiway lead-off lights at E-5 while taxiway is closed.

Title: CLT high speed Taxiway E5 is temporarily closed and barricaded but the lead-in lights are still operational which may cause a pilot to taxi into the barricade at night.
Narrative: This report is to notify you of a potential hazard at CLT. High speed taxiway E-5 is NOTAMed closed and barricaded but the Taxiway centerline lead-off lights on 18C to E-5 are still illuminated at night. This could lead a pilot to attempt to exit and not realize E-5 was closed until committed. CLT needs to deactivate taxiway lead-off lights at E-5 while Taxiway is closed.
