Narrative:

While flight was en route from mco-iah at 350, an FAA jumpseat rider, noticed the crew emergency oxygen bottle read '0'. In checking I noticed the inspector had left his emergency oxygen switch 'on'. I checked fuel remaining, determined WX at our destination as we descended to 10000' and landed at iah. Supplemental information from acn 99363. Discovered the jumpseat O2 on emergency. FAA inspector was on the jumpseat. Started descent to 10000'. Asked FAA to turn on O2 during taxi out at mco. Suggest better supervision of jumpseat.
