Narrative:
I was landing on runway 13 at axn. During my landing roll out; I noticed another airplane attempting a landing on the cross runway. I braked before entering the intersection and decelerated as the other airplane passed from left to right. I missed the airplane by approximately 300 feet. I was surprised to see the other airplane since I did not hear any reports on the CTAF frequency. Current surface wind was 140 degrees at 20 with gusts to 27.
